This hotel is an absolute gem. the value for money is incredible - you get so much for what you pay. Secondly, the location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the main beach. And thirdly, I have to mention the staff, who were always attentive and friendly. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations!

Our stay at Andromeda Hotel was very pleasant. 13 nights of holiday, real holiday. Definitely a come-again.

We visited that resort before and we appreciated breakfast and facilities. The possibility to swim in a pool. Can’t find anything wrong. Food is excellent! We were upgraded to a twin room.

The spacious rooms here are very large, conveniently located close to attractions and have a pool on-site.

Good friendly owner and staff, but very dirty room. For 12 days our staying in Andromeda, the floor was cleaned only 1 time and only after we asked about it.

This hotel was perfect for my vacation! The rooms were spotless, the staff was friendly, and the location was ideal. It was so close to the beach, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. Plus, there was convenient parking available for my rental car.

Everything was OK. The staff especially the owner was very friendly. Position of the hotel is really near to the beach (5min walk to beach with small children). From 5th floor we had nice seaview. Lot of possibilities to have food and fun near to hotel. Hotel is really clean, during our 7night stay the room was cleaned every day, the bedding changed 2times, the towels every 2nd day. Inside/outside areas including pool was also clean. Car parking place is inside of the yard. The breakfast was not in swedish buffet style but even the quality and quantity was satisfactory. The kitchen equipment in studio was not sufficient but we didnt miss it, because we had lunch/dinner everyday outside.

The hotel is small and has its own courtyard, which means it is more quiet and less crowded. At the same time it is placed conveniently in the resort, separated from the busy area, but within walking distance of the restaurants, bars, clubs and attractions. We had a studio room and it was huge and comfy. You have your own kitchenette and enough space to run around, if that is what you wish. The room is cleaned daily and there was no noise coming from neighbors. The staff is friendly and helpful, though not all of them speak English.

The food was good, but not what you would expect. I've been 3 times before in Sunny Beach and each time I booked a room with half board - and each time meals were Swedish buffet style, with plenty of choice (different courses, deserts, meat, vegetables). Here, not only the menu was fixed, but you didn't even know what you would get. Again, the food is good if you are not picky, but there is no choice, you only get one course (meat + french fries) and salad or desert (but not both) for dinner and a small(ish) plate of ham, sausage, cheese, jam, bread and bits of vegetables for breakfast + fruits. Also, breakfast is served very late, starting at 9, not very good if you want to go early to the beach. In conclusion, I'd say you can safely book a room if you don't choose a meal plan.

Stayed here over Easter break. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool area was nice. Location was good, close to the beach and local amenities. The price was reasonable too.

The staff were unhelpful and not very friendly. No one spoke English and it was difficult to communicate with them.

More than helpfull, very friendly and communicative staff, speaking foreign languages, including basic Polish. Rooms are cleaned everyday, including towels change. Building is only few years old, in very good condition (the same as their really big rooms), well air conditioned. Beach is not more than 5 min walk. In front of building there is a small swimming pool with warm and very clean water. On ground floor you can find bar, restaurant, shop and exchange office. First time we get much more that we have expected. Hotel is really worth of recommendation.

Thirdly, the basic amenities provided were fantastic. I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast included in the stay. I was impressed with the hotel’s affordability, cleanliness, and the extra perks like breakfast.

The staff was not friendly nor helpful, they lacked customer service skills and didn't speak English well. the pool was small and poorly maintained.
